Seven Star

Seven Star is a teacher of nonduality and the director of The Center for Self Compassion. She recognized the nondual nature of reality as a young child and began teaching in 2007. Her classes invite others to recognize themselves as the open, loving awareness that cares for whatever arises in each moment as their authentic unfolding self. Seven Star was born and grew up in the U.S. and has a child, a spouse, and a day job. She gets stuck in traffic and has a regular life full of ups and downs just like anyone else. The impact of her realization is that regardless of what phenomena appear, she is the entire universe unfolding, undefined, unburdened, and absolutely free.
